I have just read your entire blog today – very inspiring! I had a Varo and only just recently sold it, not because it wasn’t a great bike, it was, but because my wife has decided to ride and we got her an F650GS because it was factory lowered and a great deal. I loved the bike and decided to get one for myself. Now that we have two identical bikes (mine is not lowered) we are getting excited about the spring and out first trip on separate bikes. Might even take a month off and go a little farther. Currently downsizing and listing the house so that we can take a year off and do a major trip. Reading stories like yours helps to build the confidence to do it.
Thank you. So glad you liked the blog !!
Hey, Greg, here’s Michele, 24, from Italy.
I found your blog searching for Varadero pics and I immediatly fell into reading your posts.
As I said I’m 24 and I have an Suzuki GSX1400. This summer I’ve been in a 2-weeks travel in turkey (the most I can with my salary XD) with my girlfriend.
So, thank you for this blog which is inspiring me ’cause we’ve got the same passion.
I hope one day I’ll earn enoug money to ship my bike to USA and travel to Canada.
I’ll write you that day.
Go on! Greetings from Europe
I am so happy that you enjoyed my blog!! When you come to Canada we can go for a ride together. Enjoy Turkey
